The Team

Mike Goza

Mike has been in the Pest Control industry since 1993; working both as a technician and within product distribution and manufacturing sectors.

He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has developed and run technical pest management training programs.

I am the Western and Southwestern US Regional Technical and Sales Specialist.

I started with PestWest on July 18th, 2016

I am the Western & Southwestern US Technical Sales Representative for: CA, HI, OR, WA, AZ, NV, NM, CO, ID, UT, MT, WY, OK, TX and AK.

I have been in the Pest Control Industry since 1993, having worked for a National Pest Control Company for over 11 years, starting off as a technician, working my way into numerous managerial roles, including a Regional Sales Manager. Then I went to work in Distribution and spent 2 years there. In 2006, I entered into the manufacturing side of the business and have been there ever since. I have been involved in Product R&D, new Product launches, stewardship and training programs for both distribution and end-users” I love working here at PestWest!

I didn’t really choose the industry, it chose me! I came from the construction industry in 1993. When the construction industry slowed significantly, I took a position with a PMP doing termite damage and related repair. I became intrigued by the pest control (technical side), and decided to learn as much as I could. I soon went into a sales role, then service, then managerial operations. I’ve been blessed to have held the positions I have, and to have gained the experience and knowledge along the way that has led me to PestWest. I love what I do!

Southern California

Mainly spend family time with my wife and children. Occasionally I play golf, do woodworking and home improvement, lift weights and martial arts.

Too many to name but my top three are:

  1. The Shawshank Redemption
  2. The Natural
  3. Blazing Saddles (appeals to my rebellious side)!
